We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the very centre of a leisure complex in Southport central. the location was convenient, with a cinema next door, and plenty of dining options nearby. the room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a great selection. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the attached pub and the free car park.

That there was no air conditioning in the room.

Christmas at this hotel was fantastic. The room was modern and had excellent facilities, including great lighting and a hairdryer right beside the mirror. The location was perfect and within walking distance of many places to eat. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.

The breakfast staff were underwhelming. There was no explanation of the buffet and guests were left to find their own table, causing confusion and frustration.

All was fine, nothing to complain about.

Spent Christmas in a hotel and it was such a fun and memorable experience. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect as we had easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the bed was comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. the hotel's amenities were great too, especially the gym and Wi-Fi.
